Cana Tighe is a partner with Soteria HR.  Cana received an Associate degree in business from SUNY Canton and is also a Certified Professional in Human Resources. Cana has worked in the HR and Employee Management field for over 20 years and her expertise covers multiple areas of HR including labor law compliance, HR administration, payroll, taxes, employee wellness and benefits administration.   Cana’s HR experience is broad after working within a Professional Employer Organization and managing all areas of operations.  Today her passion and areas of focus surround employee wellness and overall employee satisfaction. She believes strongly in high-level service, being present for clients and client employees to work toward generating customer focused solutions.
