Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for Services in the preceding 12 months.

Upon termination:

  • Access to Services must cease immediately
  • Outstanding balances remain due

  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California

Both parties waive the right to jury trials and class actions.
